Yellowstone National Park
Old Faithful is perhaps the best known geyser in the whole world. It gets its name because it reliably erupts between every hour and ninety minutes or so. Eruptions usually last a couple minutes though longer displays mean you'll have to wait a bit longer for the next one. It is easily one of the largest draws in the entire national park. Next to me sat a man who waited until an eruption had completely died down. 'Time to get back home' he said. I asked where he had driven up from and he said 'Nebraska'. He had come all the way to watch it go off.
